Seen it? PBS plays it every couple of months. Dale Chihuly reunites with some of the world's best glassblowers who have been important in the development of many of his most well known series, most of them were originally taught by Chihuly in the now famous Seattle Hotshop over 20 years ago.
The whole movie is paired with the Tom Tom Cards which makes it a pretty fun watch
Tom Ford in his directorial debut, worked with the amazing Dan Bishop, who if you don’t know is the genius and master set director on Mad Men (so meticulously accurate, visual flawlessness). I'm just so excited to see the epitome of perfection portrayed on film.
1960s period drama A Single Man, adapted from a Charles Isherwood novel. The cast looks great (Colin Firth, Julianne Moore and Matthew Goode) and Fords absolute devotion to this movie makes my feet tingly. The same way when I received a pair of his velvet Gucci pants circa 1999. Tom said “this is the most personal thing I’ve ever done"........ Excitement MUCH!!
